Initial letters stating your background, your plans and goals, and any other information you wish to include.
Subsequent letters can include how your college classes are going, likes, dislikes, new opportunities, and/or changes in your life.
PLEASE NOTE: Changing the date DOES NOT make the letter new!
We keep each application, ALL forms and letters.

A current transcript (High School seniors and first semester freshman submit a high school transcript, all others submit the most recent COLLEGE transcript).
TRANSCRIPTS MUST have the name of the student, current Cum GPA, and the name and address of institution.
FIRST TIME ONLY APPLICANTS must submit at least one letter of recommendation from an educator, clergy, employer, etc.
FIRST TIME ONLY APPLICANTS must submit at least one nomination form(s) from educators, clergy, employers, etc..
